Ahh it makes a long time since I did celshading chibi! o Ao)
I almost forgot how to work with clean lines on chibis, it is very refreshing!
Her design is very unusual to me~ but enjoyed doing the fluffy skirt a lot <33
Also idk what are my eye shading anymore, I do it different every time~~ 
All in all it was a very good commission, enjoyed myself!
