I had planned to finish her for Halloween, but time is tricky 9u9'
Anyway, it's been some time since I wanted to create an evil Washi-Washi because some people don't seem to realize they can do anything as their Washi OC power+mood~ so this is a sample too!
Enjoyed creating her very much, intense bad characters give me a lot of creativity x)
